This home is in a great location, close to shopping and everything the North area has to offer and still in Dorchester County District Two schools! The home has a great open floor plan that flows nicely and is enhanced by the ten foot ceilings. The master suite is separate from the other bedrooms and has double doors entrance, a large walk in closet, a spacious master bath with whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The kitchen is an eat-in that sits in a sunny spot next to the sliding glass doors (leads to your screen porch) and lots of windows for that natural light to get your day started! Whitehall also features great family amenities such as a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, & sports fields all within walking distance from this home! Also a new roof was put on in 2008. Seller also has an American Home Shield warranty in place for the buyer and has graciously agreed to a $2,000 upgrade allowance ( with a full price offer ) for the buyer that can be used towards closing costs or a decorating allowance as the buyer sees fit! Also a transferable Termite Bond in place.
